Here, Nicholas with his ‘new’ legs, working hard to gain balance and walk. Every day. That is his mission, his hope.
We may take for granted the ability to walk.. This young man has the HOPE and determination to walk.
Children Waiting Everywhere has given him the resources to obtain his hope.

Nicholas arrived in late January to begin his arduous regiment of physical therapy to strengthen his upper leg muscles before he can be fitted for his “new” prosthetics. Please pray for Nicholas as he works so very hard to be as strong as possible. God bless Nicholas who has a heart of gold and a smile a river wide!
Update 20Feb2026 on Nicholas’ progress:
Watch him “walk” with balance as he has worked hard to strengthen his hip muscles and increase his balance as he “walks.”
He may be ahead of schedule at this rate to be fitted for his prosthetics.
God Bless him. And “thank you” to all who have been praying for him on this journey.
