Solemnity of All Saints

By Naomi Corera, November 1, 2025

The Solemnity of All Saints is usually a Holy Day of Obligation for us Catholics as we honor all saints who are in heaven, but this year it fell on a Saturday and so, we were not obligated to attend Mass. However, the children at Good Shepherd came to school on a Saturday to dress up as their favorite Saints in celebration of All Saints Day.

Can you identify each of the Saints pictured below? The children were robed in their favorite Saints including: St. Jude, St. Francis Cabrini, St. Jacintha, St. Faustina, St. Rose of Lima, St. Veronica, St. John Vianney, St. Agnus, St. Andrew, St. Clare, St. Josephine of Bakhita, and St. John Paul II. Can you guess who is the one holding the cross celebrating St. Helen of the Cross?
